CSR: CACEIS among the best rated companies in the financial services sector by EcoVadis
CACEIS integrates Corporate Social Responsibility and ESG principles throughout its value chain, in all its business sectors and at all levels. In 2025, CACEIS is awarded again a gold medal in the EcoVadis audit and is again in the top 2% of companies assessed in the Financial Services sector (excluding insurance and pension funds).
The score of 83/100 up to 3 points compared to 2024, underscores CACEIS Group’s status as a socially responsible company in the eyes of our clients, partners and prospects.
The score assigned is based upon an analysis of CACEIS’s policies, actions and results in environmental, social and human rights, ethical, procurement and CSR management categories.
Categories assessed:
- Environment: greenhouse gas emissions, consumption of energy, water, commodities (paper), waste and the impact of financial products on sustainable consumption
- Labor and Human rights: health and safety of employees, working conditions, social dialogue, career management and training, discrimination and fundamental human rights
- Ethics: corruption, anti-competitive practices, responsible marketing
- Sustainable Procurement: environmental and social performance of providers
Die Grameen Stiftung
Die im September 2008 in Luxemburg gegründete Mikrofinanzstiftung Grameen von Crédit Agricole ist das Ergebnis einer einzigartigen Partnerschaft zwischen der Crédit Agricole Gruppe und dem "Banker der Hilfsbedürftigen", Prof. Muhammad Yunus, Gründer der Grameen Bank und Träger des Friedensnobelpreises 2006. Die Stiftung hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, die Armut in Entwicklungsländern durch Mikrofinanzierung und Social Business zu bekämpfen. Gender Equality Index
The French Law of 5 September 2018 for the freedom to choose one's professional future set up a professional equality index, aimed at eliminating pay gaps between women and men.
Thus, for CACEIS in France, the 2025 gender equality index is: 89 points.
The result by indicator is made up as follows:
- The gender pay gap: 39/40
- The difference in the proportion of individual wage increases between women and men: 20/20
- The advancement gap between women and men: 15/15
- The percentage of employees who have benefited from an increase in the year following their return from maternity leave: 15/15
- The number of under-represented gender among the top 10 highest earnings: 0/10
