CSR: CACEIS among the best rated companies in the financial services sector by EcoVadis
CACEIS integrates Corporate Social Responsibility and ESG principles throughout its value chain, in all its business sectors and at all levels. In 2025, CACEIS is awarded again a gold medal in the EcoVadis audit and is again in the top 2% of companies assessed in the Financial Services sector (excluding insurance and pension funds).
The score of 83/100 up to 3 points compared to 2024, underscores CACEIS Group’s status as a socially responsible company in the eyes of our clients, partners and prospects.
The score assigned is based upon an analysis of CACEIS’s policies, actions and results in environmental, social and human rights, ethical, procurement and CSR management categories.
Categories assessed:
- Environment: greenhouse gas emissions, consumption of energy, water, commodities (paper), waste and the impact of financial products on sustainable consumption
- Labor and Human rights: health and safety of employees, working conditions, social dialogue, career management and training, discrimination and fundamental human rights
- Ethics: corruption, anti-competitive practices, responsible marketing
- Sustainable Procurement: environmental and social performance of providers
The Grameen Foundation
The Grameen Crédit Agricole Microfinance Foundation, created in Luxembourg in September 2008, is the result of a unique partnership between the Crédit Agricole Group and the "Banker of the Poor", Prof. Muhammad Yunus, founder of the Grameen Bank and winner of the 2006 Nobel Peace Prize. The Foundation's mission is to fight poverty in developing countries through Microfinance and Social Business. CACEIS in Luxembourg has accompanied the Foundation since its launch by providing banking, administration, depository and custodial services.
Índice de igualdad de género
La Ley de 5 de septiembre de 2018 para la libertad de elección del futuro profesional introdujo un índice de igualdad profesional, destinado a eliminar las diferencias salariales entre mujeres y hombres.
Este índice, basado en 100 puntos, se calcula y publica en el sitio web de CACEIS cada año.
En el caso de CACEIS en Francia, el índice de igualdad de género en 2025 se eleva a 89 puntos.
El resultado por indicador se compone de la siguiente manera:
- La diferencia salarial entre hombres y mujeres: 39/40
- La diferencia en la proporción de aumentos salariales individuales entre mujeres y hombres: 20/20
- La diferencia de ascensos entre mujeres y hombres: 15/15
- El porcentaje de empleadas que se han beneficiado de un aumento en el año siguiente a su regreso de la baja por maternidad: 15/15
- El número de géneros infrarrepresentados entre los 10 que más ganan: 0/10
CACEIS se compromete a proseguir sus acciones concretas para reducir las diferencias salariales entre hombres y mujeres.
