CSR: CACEIS among the best rated companies in the financial services sector by EcoVadis
CACEIS integrates Corporate Social Responsibility and ESG principles throughout its value chain, in all its business sectors and at all levels. In 2025, CACEIS is awarded again a gold medal in the EcoVadis audit and is again in the top 2% of companies assessed in the Financial Services sector (excluding insurance and pension funds).
The score of 83/100 up to 3 points compared to 2024, underscores CACEIS Group’s status as a socially responsible company in the eyes of our clients, partners and prospects.
The score assigned is based upon an analysis of CACEIS’s policies, actions and results in environmental, social and human rights, ethical, procurement and CSR management categories.
Categories assessed:
- Environment: greenhouse gas emissions, consumption of energy, water, commodities (paper), waste and the impact of financial products on sustainable consumption
- Labor and Human rights: health and safety of employees, working conditions, social dialogue, career management and training, discrimination and fundamental human rights
- Ethics: corruption, anti-competitive practices, responsible marketing
- Sustainable Procurement: environmental and social performance of providers
The Grameen Crédit Agricole Foundation
The Grameen Crédit Agricole Microfinance Foundation, created in Luxembourg in October 2008, is the result of a unique partnership between the Crédit Agricole Group and the "Banker of the Poor", Prof. Muhammad Yunus, founder of the Grameen Bank and winner of the 2006 Nobel Peace Prize. The Foundation's mission is to contribute to the fight against poverty and inequality by promoting financial inclusion and social impact entrepreneurship. As an investor, lender, technical assistance coordinator and fund advisor, the Foundation finances and supports microfinance institutions, businesses and projects that promote inclusive finance and the development of rural economies around the world. CACEIS in Luxembourg has been supporting the Foundation since its launch by providing banking, administration, depository and custody services to the Foundation.
Índice de igualdade de gêneros
A Lei de 5 de setembro de 2018 para a liberdade de escolher o próprio futuro profissional introduziu um índice de igualdade profissional, com o objetivo de eliminar as diferenças salariais entre mulheres e homens.
Este índice, baseado em 100 pontos, é calculado e publicado no site do CACEIS todos os anos.
Assim, para o CACEIS na França, o índice de igualdade de gênero de 2025 é de: 89 pontos.
O resultado por indicador é composto da seguinte forma:
- A diferença salarial entre os sexos: 39/40
- A diferença na proporção de aumentos salariais individuais entre mulheres e homens: 20/20
- A diferença de progresso entre mulheres e homens: 15/15 A porcentagem de funcionários que se beneficiaram de um aumento no ano seguinte ao seu retorno da licença maternidade: 15/15
- O número de sexo subrepresentado entre os 10 maiores ganhos: 0/10
CACEIS está empenhado em continuar suas ações concretas para reduzir as disparidades salariais entre homens e mulheres.
