CSR: CACEIS among the best rated companies in the financial services sector by EcoVadis

CACEIS integrates Corporate Social Responsibility and ESG principles throughout its value chain, in all its business sectors and at all levels. In 2025, CACEIS is awarded again a gold medal in the EcoVadis audit and is again in the top 2% of companies assessed in the Financial Services sector (excluding insurance and pension funds).

The score of 83/100 up to 3 points compared to 2024, underscores CACEIS Group’s status as a socially responsible company in the eyes of our clients, partners and prospects.

The score assigned is based upon an analysis of CACEIS’s policies, actions and results in environmental, social and human rights, ethical, procurement and CSR management categories.

Categories assessed:

  • Environment: greenhouse gas emissions, consumption of energy, water, commodities (paper), waste and the impact of financial products on sustainable consumption
  • Labor and Human rights: health and safety of employees, working conditions, social dialogue, career management and training, discrimination and fundamental human rights
  • Ethics: corruption, anti-competitive practices, responsible marketing
  • Sustainable Procurement: environmental and social performance of providers

The Grameen Foundation

The Grameen Crédit Agricole Microfinance Foundation, created in Luxembourg in September 2008, is the result of a unique partnership between the Crédit Agricole Group and the "Banker of the Poor", Prof. Muhammad Yunus, founder of the Grameen Bank and winner of the 2006 Nobel Peace Prize. The Foundation's mission is to fight poverty in developing countries through Microfinance and Social Business. CACEIS in Luxembourg has accompanied the Foundation since its launch by providing banking, administration, depository and custodial services.

Gender Equality Index

De wet van 5 september 2018 voor de vrije keuze van de professionele toekomst heeft een index voor professionele gelijkheid ingevoerd, bedoeld om de loonverschillen tussen vrouwen en mannen weg te werken.

Deze index, gebaseerd op 100 punten, wordt jaarlijks berekend en gepubliceerd op de website van CACEIS.

CACEIS Frankrjik scoort in deze Gender Equality Index in 2025 een totaal van: 89 punten.

Het resultaat per indicator is als volgt opgebouwd:

  1. De loonkloof tussen mannen en vrouwen: 39/40
  2. Het verschil in het aandeel van individuele loonsverhogingen tussen vrouwen en mannen: 20/20
  3. Het verschil in promotie tussen vrouwen en mannen: 15/15
  4. Het percentage werknemers dat een loonsverhoging heeft gekregen in het jaar na terugkeer van zwangerschapsverlof: 15/15
  5. Het aantal ondervertegenwoordigde seksen in de top 10 met de hoogste inkomens: 0/10

CACEIS verbindt zich ertoe de concrete acties ter verkleining van de loonkloof tussen mannen en vrouwen voort te zetten.
