Ramy El Houayek started his career in 2000 as a consultant at Eurogroup Consulting and was promoted to Manager in the Banking, Finance and Asset Management sector. He joined CACEIS in 2007 and was appointed Head of IT Banking and Accounting in 2008 for the French market.
In 2010, he was appointed Head of IT Fund Administration in France. In 2013, he became Head of Fund Administration France and joined the Management Committee of CACEIS Bank France / CACEIS Fund Administration. In 2018, he was appointed Group Head of Operational Line - Fund Administration and became in 2019 Global Head of Operations, Fund Services. In July 2026, he was appointed Country Managing Director in Luxembourg.
Ramy El Houayek graduated from IAE with a Master’s degree in Management and a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance.
