Present in Switzerland since 2006 with offices in Zurich and Nyon, CACEIS is one of the leading third-party fund administrators. As a fund management company, CACEIS provides comprehensive management company, depositary, transfer agent and technical administration services for collective investment schemes and securities across all asset classes — from traditional investment funds to alternative assets such as private equity and real estate, as well as structures including FCPs and L-QIFs.
The offering includes global custody, middle- and back-office outsourcing, investment accounting, data management and regulatory reporting, supporting our clients in meeting increasing operational and regulatory requirements. With local expert teams and an international footprint, CACEIS assists in navigating complex investment structures and cross-border activities. The establishment of a depositary bank in Nyon in 2015 and the integration of the RBC business in 2023 further strengthened presence across Switzerland, enabling closer client proximity and delivering a broad, scalable service offering from a single provider.
