CACEIS Netherlands offers their nederlands clients currency exposure monitoring and execution of currency hedges across portfolios, tailored to the client's hedging policy.
Our solution collects the securities holdings, the current existing currency hedges, the daily FX rates and the clients hedging rules (per currency, ranges, etc.)
Based on all the information collected, Caceis calculates the currency hedges to be made. An automated interface to our FX department ensures the transactions are booked in time and according to Caceis Best Execution Policy. We send our clients a detailed execution report with the new currency exposures.
The executed currency transactions (FX Forwards) our send to the accounting system to update the portfolio valuation, but can also be send to our collateral system and to the EMIR Reporting Registrar.
