CACEIS Bank, Ireland Branch (CBIB) and CACEIS Ireland Limited (CIL) maintain and operate clear internal procedures to ensure that complaints are handled promptly and fairly. Complaints can be made to your usual contacts at CBIB/CIL and will be acknowledged within 5 business days. We endeavour to resolve all complaints within 40 business days.
