Prior of being appointed CEO of CACEIS, Jean-Pierre Michalowski was Senior Country Officer of Singapore at Crédit Agricole CIB since 2017.

He began his banking career holding several front/middle/back office positions with Meeschaert Rousselle in 1988, Banque Indosuez in 1989, and CIMO in 1990. Then, he joined Credit Lyonnais Rouse in 1992 as Head of Control and Treasury. In 1997, he became Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Crédit Lyonnais Asset Management (CLAM) and a member of its Executive Committee. In 2003, he joined the Executive Committee of Credit Agricole Asset Management (CAAM) and became CEO of CAIS Fastnet. In 2005, he played a role in the creation of CACEIS, where he was CEO of CACEIS Fastnet (2005), CEO of CACEIS Bank (2007) and Deputy CEO of CACEIS Group (2010).

Jean-Pierre Michalowski is a recent graduate of the Singapore Institute of Directors.

Frédéric Coudreau began his career in 1992 at Crédit Lyonnais, where he held various project management positions and was responsible for the back offices of the market activities. In 2001, he became Head of Organisation and IT for the Treasury, Foreign Exchange and Bonds activities. From 2004 to 2005, he was Head of Calyon's Treasury Operations Department, and from 2005 to 2007, he was in charge of the back offices and IT for international capital markets. In 2007, he was appointed Head of Capital Markets Operations, and in 2012, Global Head of Operations at Crédit Agricole CIB. Since 2015, Frédéric Coudreau has been Head of Information Systems at Crédit Agricole CIB.

Frédéric Coudreau holds a postgraduate degree in Statistics and Computer Science from the University of Paris II.

Philippe Renard was appointed Deputy CEO of CACEIS, in charge of Support Functions, on October 10th 2023. Until that, he had been CEO of RBC Investor Services Bank in Europe. Based in Luxembourg, he chaired the Investor Services Bank Executive Committee and the Continental Europe & Offshore Operating Committee. He was also a member of the Board of Directors of RBC Investor Services Bank S.A. and a member of the Operating Committee of RBC Investor Services (RBC IS).

Philippe has been in business for 30 years and acquired first experience as operation/production manager in manufacturing industry during several years before joining the bank industry in 2000. Prior joining RBC, he worked in many capacities for BNP Benelux including Director Projects & Process Custody Business, Director Sub Custody Network management.

He holds an Honours BSc in Chemical Engineering from Liège University, Belgium.

Carlos Rodríguez de Robles was appointed Deputy CEO of CACEIS on February 11th 2020. Until that, he had been CEO of Santander Securities Services since July 2014.

Carlos was Head of Transaction Banking from 2013 to 2014 and from 2007 to 2009. He was member of the Executive Committee of Santander Global Banking and Markets (SGBM) from 2004 to 2014.

In 2009 he moved to Banco Santander Mexico as Deputy General Manager, member of the Board, and Head of Global Banking and Markets.

Carlos joined Santander in 2004 as head of Business Development and Financial Control of SGBM.

Prior to Santander, Carlos worked as a senior consultant at Mckinsey (2001-2004), working with financial institutions and telecom clients. From 1996 to 1999, he worked at Cemex in Spain and Egypt where he was Head of Capital Markets. He started his career and at Hambros Bank in 1995 in London as an executive in the Investment Banking division.

Carlos received his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College (Hanover, NH, USA) and got a Bachelor in Economics and Business studies from Universidad Complutense in Madrid, Spain.

Carlos is married with Lola and they are parents of nine.

Pierre Cimino began his career as assistant to the Chief Financial Officer of Solvay Belgium. He joined Banque Indosuez Luxembourg in 1992, and initially worked as client relationship manager within the dealing room before becoming a spot dealer in 1994. In June 1996, he became Head of Human Resources for Banque Indosuez Luxembourg, before taking charge of back-office banking operations and securities-cash markets in 1999. In November 2001, he was appointed a member of the Management Committee of Crédit Agricole Investor Services (CA-IS) Luxembourg and Head of Business Analyst team and General Functions. In January 2006, he was appointed Managing Director of Fastnet Luxembourg S.A. and in 2010 became Managing Director of CACEIS Bank Luxembourg and Head of CACEIS's entities in Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy and Hong Kong. He became Head of International Development in February 2017 and in 2023 he was appointed Deputy General Manager, in charge of Strategy and Innovation.

Pierre Cimino graduated from the Institut Catholique des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (ICHEC), Brussels.

CACEIS's Deputy General Manager, Joseph Saliba joined Sabre in 1989, the world’s leader in providing management consulting, technology and travel information to the airline industry. He managed Sabre’s operations in France, the UK and internationally. In 1999, he became President of Sabre’s management consulting and technology business unit, a billion dollar operation based in Dallas, Texas. In 2001, he joined CGI, a global provider of IT and BPO services, At CGI, he held several executive positions including: President - Europe and Asia Pacific, President - USA and India, and President - Business Process Services. Joseph Saliba was appointed Deputy General Manager of CACEIS, in charge of Coverage.

Joseph Saliba holds a Bachelor of Computer Sciences and Mathematics from Sherbrooke University in Sherbrooke, Québec.

Bruno Bourbonnaud is Global Head of Market Solutions. He started his banking career in 1989 with Credit Lyonnais. Having held several positions in Corporate development, he joined the Financial Institution Division and was in charge of commercial banking activity for Financial Institutions (FI) in France. In 2015, he was appointed Global Head of FI sector within the International Trade & Transaction Banking business line of Crédit Agricole CIB. He joined CACEIS in May 2018 to take global responsibility for PERES, and was Global Head of Business Development from 2021 to 2023.

Bruno BOURBONNAUD is graduate of Economics, holds a degree of French High Banking Studies, he is also Graduate in further accounting studies.

Chief Human Resources Officer, Carine Echelard began her career in 1987 in the Futures back office of Caisse de Gestion Mobilière. In 1989, she became head of the “institutional and non-resident clients” back-office at Nivard Flornoy, a brokerage firm owned by JP Morgan SA. She joined Credit Lyonnais in 1991 as a researcher on the bond market. In 1995, she became head of fund administration at Credit Lyonnais Asset Management. From 2004 to 2010, she held the position of deputy Managing Director at RBC Dexia Investor Services in France. She joined CACEIS in 2010 as deputy Managing Director of CACEIS Bank France and CACEIS Fund Administration in France. In April 2014, she was appointed Managing Director of CACEIS Bank France and CACEIS Fund Administration and is a member of the CACEIS group’s executive committee. In November 2016, she becomes Managing Director in France. In September 2023, she is appointed Chief Human Resources Officer.

Carine Echelard graduated from the Institut Supérieur Commercial in Paris and holds a Diploma in Advanced Accounting.

Ramy El Houayek started his career in 2000 as a consultant at Eurogroup Consulting and was promoted to Manager in the Banking, Finance and Asset Management sector.
He joined CACEIS in 2007 and was appointed Head of IT Banking and Accounting in 2008 for the French market.
In 2010, he was appointed Head of IT Fund Administration in France. In 2013, he became Head of Fund Administration France and joined the Management Committee of CACEIS Bank France / CACEIS Fund Administration.
In 2018, he was appointed Group Head of Operational Line - Fund Administration and became in 2019 Global Head of Operations, Fund Services.

Ramy El Houayek graduated from IAE with a Master’s degree in Management and a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance.

Arnaud Garel-Galais is Global Head of PERES Global Services, CACEIS dedicated Business Line for the Private Equity, Infrastructure, Real Estate and Private Debt Funds clientele, and a member of the CACEIS Group Management Committee since 1st June 2021.

Arnaud started his career in 2006 with an experience in Risk Management at Credit Agricole CIB in Hong Kong and then worked for various investment management firm including Masseran / Dahlia (now Flexstone, part of Natixis Group) in Paris and Altius Associates (now part of Mercer Alternatives) in London, totaling over eight years of investment experience in Private Equity, Infrastructure and Private Credit, spanning primary fund selection, secondary and co-investment transactions across the EMEA region. He joined CACEIS in London in July 2016 as Business Development Director, became Group Head of Coverage of the PERES Business Line in early 2018 and was promoted to his current role in April 2021.

Arnaud is an engineer from AgroParisTech and holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Sorbonne University in Paris.

Julien Maze started with Crédit Agricole Indosuez Korea in 2000 as relationship officer. In 2005, he joined Crédit Agricole CIB Japan as Planning and Financial Control Head. He became Head of Corporate Planning for Asia in 2008 based in Hong Kong. In 2012, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer for Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF – then 31% owned by Crédit Agricole CIB) also covering for strategy and communication. In 2017, he became Head of Group Financial Control for Crédit Agricole CIB based in Paris.

In June 2021, he joins CACEIS as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer and a member of the CACEIS Executive Committee and Group Management Committee.

Julien Maze is a graduate of ESCP Europe and holds a Master’s degree from Institute of Political Sciences of Paris.

Michel ROBERT began his career at Banque Indosuez in 1988 in the Capital Markets Department, where he became Head of Bond Trading. In 2007, he was appointed Treasurer of Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, then Global Head of Rates in 2010. Prior to joining CACEIS, he was Head of Financial Steering at Crédit Agricole CIB, where he was in charge of asset and liability management and central management reporting.

Michel Robert is a graduate of ESSEC.
