CACEIS adds a new PRIIPs reporting service via the Connect Store for clients of its Private Equity Real Estate Solutions business line CACEIS has signed a partnership deal with Regulatory Technology specialist AlphaOmega, to provide a PRIIPs reporting service for clients of its Private Equity and Real Estate Solutions business line.
The new offer is available via the Connect Store, CACEIS’ online marketplace, through which clients can access the market-leading solutions of specially-selected Fintech partners.
AlphaOmega is a Luxembourg-based firm that provides a one-stop shop for investment management firms, covering the entire fund life cycle, including fund registration, regulatory reporting and dissemination services. AlphaOmega produces over 500,000 regulatory reports annually for more than a hundred clients.
AlphaOmega generates Key Information Documents (KIDs) for CACEIS clients managing private assets. KIDs include cost and fee calculations as well as risk and performance assessments in accordance with the European PRIIPs regulation that came into force in January 2023. AlphaOmega gathers data, performs the calculations, and then generates and disseminates reports, which are also available via its own web portal.
