GREAT signs Crédit Agricole Group's Potenti'Elles charter

On December 11, the CACEIS GREAT (Gender Respect Equality at Target) network joined the Cercle Potenti'Elles, the Crédit Agricole group's federation of gender diversity networks, in the presence of Bénédicte Chrétien, Crédit Agricole S.A. Group Human Resources Director, Jean-Pierre Michalowski and Carine Echelard, respectively CEO and Chief Human Resources Officer of CACEIS.

CACEIS's membership represents a strong and symbolic commitment to gender diversity, and strengthens the ties around the shared values of Crédit Agricole, as part of its Human Project. The Cercle Potenti'Elles now comprises 2,000 members and 7 gender diversity networks within the Crédit Agricole group.

As a reminder, the GREAT network was created on the initiative of CACEIS employees, with the aim of promoting gender diversity within the Group. It aims to work closely with HR teams to implement action plans designed to improve gender balance in teams, recruitment, career development, internal and external speaking engagements, and so on. GREAT is fully in line with the CACEIS Group's approach to promoting inclusion and diversity in the construction of its common culture, We are ONE CACEIS.

Launched in France in the summer of 2024, the CACEIS GREAT network now has over 200 members, 18% of whom are men, and is gradually expanding across all Group entities, notably in Luxembourg, Italy, Ireland, Germany, Malaysia and the Netherlands. Events are regularly organised in the various entities to mobilise employees around the objectives pursued.
