Our commitments

CACEIS is committed to the Crédit Agricole Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme, which is organised around the themes of economic, social and environmental responsibility. In 2016, CACEIS received a gold rating from CSR ratings provider EcoVadis. This certificate underscores the Group’s status as a socially responsible company in the eyes of our clients, partners and prospects.

Our driver: diversity

Regarding recruitment, career progression and training, CACEIS is investing in programmes aimed at ensuring:

  • professional equality between men and women,
  • equal opportunities for people of all ages,
  • people with disabilities are recruited and integrated.

Diversity initiatives: women comprise 53% of the group’s workforce

Women comprise 53% of the group’s workforce. Our diversity initiatives aim at encouraging the recruitment, development and promotion of women at all stages of their careers.

Commitment to hiring and retaining young people

Individuals aged under 30 comprise nearly 40% of CACEIS’ new recruits.

Our Mentoring project is part of an initiative aimed at fostering the transfer of knowledge from experienced employees to support the induction of new recruits, thereby boosting the skills and career prospects of young graduates.

The Graduate programme aims to ensure integration and loyalty among young graduates (with a post-graduate qualification and aged under 30). It is a two-year programme covering three major themes: integration and skills development, career monitoring and development and recognition and rewards.

Programmes to keep mature professionals in the workforce

CACEIS trains mature professionals and offers them career management interviews.

Since 2013, this has benefitted over 200 employees aged 57 or over in France and 59 or over in Germany and Luxembourg.

Recruiting and retaining individuals with a disability

CACEIS partners with HandiFormaFinance (a professional degree offered by the Université Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense) by recruiting apprentices with disabilities.

Our signature: quality of life at work

At CACEIS, well-being and quality of life are our signature, backed by an array of demonstrable actions and events. The aim is to create an environment in which employees will thrive through three main objectives:

  • Nurturing good professional relationships. Improving our managerial culture, online communities and social events.
  • Encouraging employees to have a good work-life balance. Remote working, working part time, supporting young parents, office concierge services.
  • Improving/contributing to employee health and safety. Sports hall, canteen, prevention of muscular-skeletal problems.

Our passion: dialogue and ownership

At CACEIS, we regularly invite Group employees to share their opinion on the company and their professional situation. Based on the results received, initiatives are implemented as part of our continuous improvement process.

Informal meetings between local managers and employees are organised on a regular basis to discuss pertinent topics and the Group’s actions.

Our daily routine: charitable works

CACEIS supports charitable works undertaken by employees and responds to their commitment. The Group organises charity events throughout the year (charity days, telethons, etc.) and makes donations to the charities in which our employees are actively involved. We help those who wish to offer their skills or time to find a volunteering opportunity helping charities selected by the Crédit Agricole Group.
