At CACEIS, well-being and quality of life are our signature, backed by an array of demonstrable actions and events. The aim is to create an environment in which employees will thrive through three main objectives:

  • Nurturing good professional relationships. Improving our managerial culture, online communities and social events.

  • Improving/contributing to employee health and safety. Sports hall, canteen, prevention of muscular-skeletal problems.

Our passion: dialogue and ownership

At CACEIS, we regularly invite Group employees to share their opinion on the company and their professional situation. Based on the results received, initiatives are implemented as part of our continuous improvement process.

Informal meetings between local managers and employees are organised on a regular basis to discuss pertinent topics and the Group’s actions.

Our daily routine: charitable works

CACEIS supports charitable works undertaken by employees and responds to their commitment. The Group organises charity events throughout the year (charity days, telethons, etc.) and makes donations to the charities in which our employees are actively involved. We help those who wish to offer their skills or time to find a volunteering opportunity helping charities selected by the Crédit Agricole Group.
