Our recruitment process

Step 1: Submitting your application

Submit your application online through our recruitment website (Applicant Area)

Step 2: Preselection

Your application will be assessed by the Human Resources department. You will receive a response within one month.

If you have been preselected, you will be invited to take online aptitude tests. Depending on your test results, your application may be sent to the manager.

Step 3: Operational and HR interviews

If you are selected, you will be invited to an operational interview with a manager and a HR interview. You will also be required to complete a personality questionnaire.

Step 4: Successful application

Your application was successful! You will receive a job offer, after which your contract will be drawn up. The process lasts approximately two months.

Internships and apprenticeships

Are you looking for an apprenticeship contract or internship as part of your studies?

Every year, CACEIS welcomes over 200 students* (completing an undergraduate or post-graduate degree) as interns or apprentices to the following departments: accounting, IT, finance, legal, etc.

CACEIS in Ireland work in partnership with Dublin City University's internship programme (INTRA) each year which offers CACEIS the opportunity to connect our business with ambitious, energetic students who can bring specialist skills, motivation, energy and new ideas into the work place. 

When is the best time to apply?

Apprenticeship recruitment drives begin in April each year with internships being granted throughout the year.

Summer job

Every year, CACEIS recruits young people in France for the summer (for one or two months between June and September). This is an opportunity for participants to discover the world of business and gain their first professional experience.

For your application to be considered, you must be at least 18 years old, be able to provide a student identity card and be continuing your studies in the next academic year.

For international volunteers

The CACEIS Group is currently hosting around 60 international volunteers*. Volunteers will join one of our teams in Luxembourg, Germany or in other CACEIS entities for a period of 12 to 24 months: it is an invaluable experience and an opportunity to hone your skills in an international setting.
