DRRT provides investors with a comprehensive solution to their loss recovery need, including automatic filing in passive class action settlements, and representation in direct actions. DRRT monitors all loss recovery opportunities worldwide, ranging from class actions to opt-in actions. As part of the DRRT-CACEIS joint service, DRRT will automatically file in any passive recovery opportunity (mainly US class action settlements). Separately, DRRT will advise and can represent investors in active litigations in jurisdictions where class actions do not exist. Investors are given access to DRRT’s Global Investor Protection System giving them full access to case and settlement information on both an entity and fund level.
