
Jean-Pierre Michalowski
Chief Executive Officer
Prior of being appointed CEO of CACEIS, Jean-Pierre Michalowski was Senior Country Officer of Singapore at Crédit Agricole CIB since 2017.
He began his banking career holding several front/middle/back office positions with Meeschaert Rousselle in 1988, Banque Indosuez in 1989, and CIMO in 1990. Then, he joined Credit Lyonnais Rouse in 1992 as Head of Control and Treasury. In 1997, he became Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Crédit Lyonnais Asset Management (CLAM) and a member of its Executive Committee. In 2003, he joined the Executive Committee of Credit Agricole Asset Management (CAAM) and became CEO of CAIS Fastnet. In 2005, he played a role in the creation of CACEIS, where he was CEO of CACEIS Fastnet (2005), CEO of CACEIS Bank (2007) and Deputy CEO of CACEIS Group (2010).
Jean-Pierre Michalowski is a recent graduate of the Singapore Institute of Directors.

Carlos Rodríguez de Robles
Deputy Chief Executive Officer, in charge of Market Solutions and Network Management
Managing Director in Spain and LatAm
Carlos Rodríguez de Robles was appointed Deputy CEO of CACEIS on February 11th 2020. Until that, he had been CEO of Santander Securities Services since July 2014.
Carlos was Head of Transaction Banking from 2013 to 2014 and from 2007 to 2009. He was member of the Executive Committee of Santander Global Banking and Markets (SGBM) from 2004 to 2014.
In 2009 he moved to Banco Santander Mexico as Deputy General Manager, member of the Board, and Head of Global Banking and Markets.
Carlos joined Santander in 2004 as head of Business Development and Financial Control of SGBM.
Prior to Santander, Carlos worked as a senior consultant at Mckinsey (2001-2004), working with financial institutions and telecom clients. From 1996 to 1999, he worked at Cemex in Spain and Egypt where he was Head of Capital Markets. He started his career and at Hambros Bank in 1995 in London as an executive in the Investment Banking division.
Carlos received his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College (Hanover, NH, USA) and got a Bachelor in Economics and Business studies from Universidad Complutense in Madrid, Spain.
Carlos is married with Lola and they are parents of nine.

Joe Saliba
Deputy General Manager, in charge of Business Development and Production
CACEIS's Deputy General Manager, Joseph Saliba joined Sabre in 1989, the world’s leader in providing management consulting, technology and travel information to the airline industry. He managed Sabre’s operations in France, the UK and internationally. In 1999, he became President of Sabre’s management consulting and technology business unit, a billion dollar operation based in Dallas, Texas. In 2001, he joined CGI, a global provider of IT and BPO services, At CGI, he held several executive positions including: President - Europe and Asia Pacific, President - USA and India, and President - Business Process Services. Joseph Saliba is appointed Deputy General Manager of CACEIS, in charge of Business Development and Production.
Joseph Saliba holds a Bachelor of Computer Sciences and Mathematics from Sherbrooke University in Sherbrooke, Québec.

Frédéric Coudreau
Deputy General Manager, in charge of Operations and Information Systems
Frédéric Coudreau began his career in 1992 at Crédit Lyonnais, where he held various project management positions and was responsible for the back offices of the market activities. In 2001, he became Head of Organisation and IT for the Treasury, Foreign Exchange and Bonds activities. From 2004 to 2005, he was Head of Calyon's Treasury Operations Department, and from 2005 to 2007, he was in charge of the back offices and IT for international capital markets. In 2007, he was appointed Head of Capital Markets Operations, and in 2012, Global Head of Operations at Crédit Agricole CIB. Since 2015, Frédéric Coudreau has been Head of Information Systems at Crédit Agricole CIB.
Frédéric Coudreau holds a postgraduate degree in Statistics and Computer Science from the University of Paris II.

Bruno Bourbonnaud
Global Head of Business Development
Bruno Bourbonnaud is Global Head of Business Development. He started his banking career in 1989 with Credit Lyonnais. Having held several positions in Corporate development, he joined the Financial Institution Division and was in charge of commercial banking activity for Financial Institutions (FI) in France. In 2015, he was appointed Global Head of FI sector within the International Trade & Transaction Banking business line of Crédit Agricole CIB.
Bruno BOURBONNAUD is graduate of Economics, holds a degree of French High Banking Studies, he is also Graduate in further accounting studies.

Philippe Bourgues
Country Managing Director Luxembourg
Philippe Bourgues began his career as a consultant with Marine Consulting in 1995. He joined Banque CPR as Front Office and Risks Project Manager in 1998. In 2001, he became Manager of IT Development and Project Ownership for CPR Asset Management. In 2005, he was promoted to Operations Manager and became a member of CPR Asset Management’s Executive Committee. In 2012, he joined CACEIS Fund Administration as Head of Front Office Solutions and member of the Management Committee. In 2014, he was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer for CACEIS Bank France and CACEIS Fund Administration. In 2017, he becomes Managing Director for CACEIS Bank, Luxembourg Branch and a member of the CACEIS Executive Committee.
Philippe Bourgues holds a degree from the engineering school ISEP (Avionics and Large Projects option).

Vanessa Bouthinon-Dumas
Global Head of Legal
Vanessa Bouthinon-Dumas joined the CACEIS Group in 2008, until 2014 as Head of Legal for the Corporate Secretary of CACEIS Bank Luxembourg and, then, as Group Head of Corporate Secretary in Paris. In this capacity, she was notably in charge of the Group's governance and of the management of various external growth projects, as well as of legal restructuring projects, in France and abroad. She also acted as Secretary of the CACEIS Board of Directors. Since October 2021, she has been exercising the functions of Global Head of Legal.
Vanessa started her career as a lawyer with the law firm Dubarry Le Douarin Veil. Vanessa earned a doctorate in private law and wrote her doctoral thesis on banking law. She was granted admission to the Paris Bar, obtained a postgraduate degree (Master 2) in business law from the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Potsdam.

Denis Chaley
Global Head of Organisation and Transformation
Head of Organisation, Denis Chaley began his career in the banking world with CNETI (the IT centre for the Caisses d’Epargne network) in 1986. He then moved into IT services with PBA, for whom he worked on large accounts such as BNP and Banque Indosuez, before joining the latter in 1992 with responsibility for building a dedicated MONEP (options) platform. Following the acquisition of Banque Indosuez by Crédit Agricole and the creation of CAI, he assumed responsibility for IT developments for securities business lines where he developed the first client-oriented web solutions (iod@ en 2001). After working as IT Development Manager for CA-IS Bank and then CACEIS Bank, he was appointed Head of IT Systems for CACEIS Bank in 2007, before his responsibilities were broadened to include Fastnet in 2009. In 2013, he became Advisor to General Management before being named Head of Organisation for the CACEIS Group in 2015.
Denis Chaley graduated in Computing from the University of Dijon.

Pierre Cimino

Pierre Cimino
Global Head of Development and Strategy, Pierre Cimino began his career as assistant to the Chief Financial Officer of Solvay Belgium. He joined Banque Indosuez Luxembourg in 1992, and initially worked as client relationship manager within the dealing room before becoming a spot dealer in 1994. In June 1996, he became Head of Human Resources for Banque Indosuez Luxembourg, before taking charge of back-office banking operations and securities-cash markets in 1999. In November 2001, he was appointed a member of the Management Committee of Crédit Agricole Investor Services (CA-IS) Luxembourg and Head of Business Analyst team and General Functions. In January 2006, he was appointed Managing Director of Fastnet Luxembourg S.A. and in 2010 became Managing Director of CACEIS Bank Luxembourg and Head of CACEIS's entities in Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy and Hong Kong. He became Head of International Development in February 2017 and was appointed Global Head of Development and Strategy end of 2021. He is a member of the CACEIS group Executive Committee.
Pierre Cimino graduated from the Institut Catholique des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (ICHEC), Brussels.

Thies Clemenz
Country Managing Director Germany & Switzerland
Managing Director of CACEIS Bank Germany Branch, Thies Clemenz started his career in Deutsche Bank where he headed the French Asset Management subsidiary; he then held various positions in HSBC as COO of HSBC Global Asset Management Deutschland, CEO of HSBC Trinkaus Investment Managers in Luxembourg, Deputy CEO of HSBC Luxembourg and later as CEO of HSBC in Armenia.

Jérôme Discours
Global Head - Market Intelligence, Strategy and Public Affairs
Jérôme Discours began his career in 1992, as a project manager in a regional bank of the Crédit Agricole Group. He joined the Group General Inspection in 1995 and became Head of mission in 1999. In 2002, he was appointed as Head of Audit for the Crédit Agricole Group's subsidiaries in Luxembourg (Crédit Agricole Private Banking Luxembourg, Crédit Lyonnais Luxembourg and Crédit Agricole Investor Services Luxembourg).
He joined CACEIS Bank Luxembourg as Head of Risks and Human Resources in 2005. In 2008, he was appointed by CACEIS Bank Luxembourg and approved by the regulator as Head of Risks, Compliance and Legal for the bank and its subsidiaries.
In September 2016, he is appointed Head of Permanent Controls, with overall responsibilities on Risks, Legal and Depository Controls. In October 2019, he is appointed Responsible for the Special Integration Projects.
In November 2021, he is appointed Global Head - Market Intelligence, Strategy and Public Affairs
Jérôme Discours holds degrees from Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Paris (Sciences-Po) and in Geopolitics (DEA).

Carine Echelard
Country Managing Director France
Managing Director in France, Carine Echelard began her career in 1987 in the Futures back office of Caisse de Gestion Mobilière. In 1989, she became head of the “institutional and non-resident clients” back-office at Nivard Flornoy, a brokerage firm owned by JP Morgan SA. She joined Credit Lyonnais in 1991 as a researcher on the bond market. In 1995, she became head of fund administration at Credit Lyonnais Asset Management. From 2004 to 2010, she held the position of deputy Managing Director at RBC Dexia Investor Services in France. She joined CACEIS in 2010 as deputy Managing Director of CACEIS Bank France and CACEIS Fund Administration in France. In April 2014, she was appointed Managing Director of CACEIS Bank France and CACEIS Fund Administration and is a member of the CACEIS group’s executive committee. In November 2016, she becomes Managing Director in France.
Carine Echelard graduated from the Institut Supérieur Commercial in Paris and holds a Diploma in Advanced Accounting.

Ramy El Houayek
Global Head of Operations, Fund Services
Ramy El Houayek started his career in 2000 as a consultant at Eurogroup Consulting and was promoted to Manager in the Banking, Finance and Asset Management sector.
He joined CACEIS in 2007 and was appointed Head of IT Banking and Accounting in 2008 for the French market.
In 2010, he was appointed Head of IT Fund Administration in France. In 2013, he became Head of Fund Administration France and joined the Management Committee of CACEIS Bank France / CACEIS Fund Administration.
In 2018, he was appointed Group Head of Operational Line - Fund Administration and became in 2019 Global Head of Operations, Fund Services and member of the Group Management Committee of CACEIS.
Ramy El Houayek graduated from IAE with a Master’s degree in Management and a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance.

Jean-Luc Eymery
Global Head of Operations, Clearing Sales & Execution Services
Jean-Luc Eymery started his career with Banque Indosuez where he worked in capital markets operations in New York from 1989 before moving on to join capital markets risk management in Paris. In 1996, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer for Indosuez W.I. Carr Securities in Hong Kong an affiliate of Banque Indosuez. From 2002 to 2011, his assignment took him to London where he held various transversal and capital markets positions for Crédit Agricole CIB. In 2011, he took over the responsibility for Crédit Agricole CIB strategy team in Paris before joining its capital markets commercial division. Jean-Luc Eymery was appointed General Secretary for CACEIS business development, products and solutions, communications and public affairs on June 1st, 2016. In March 2020, he was appointed Global Head of Clearing Sales & Execution Services. He is a member of CACEIS Group Management Committee.

Guillaume Fromont
Senior Advisor to the CEO
Senior Advisor to the CACEIS's CEO, Guillaume Fromont joined Banque Paribas within the IT Management Department in 1979. In 1982, he moved to the Securities Services division of the bank’s Financial Department and was made responsible for project management and relations with the French financial authorities, before being appointed Deputy Director in 1984. In 1988, he was named Deputy Head of Securities Services at Banque Indosuez. In 1994, he was appointed Head of Securities Services of Banque Indosuez (become Crédit Agricole Indosuez). On the creation of Crédit Agricole Investor Services (CA-IS) in November 2001, he was appointed Deputy Managing Director. In December 2001, he was also named Chairman of Fastnet Luxembourg, Fastnet Belgium and Fastnet Netherlands, and Managing Director of Crédit Agricole Indosuez Luxembourg, which became Crédit Agricole Investor Services Bank Luxembourg in 2003. Guillaume Fromont is Administrator of the different entities of the CACEIS group and of Clearstream International. He is member of the Group Management Committee.

Arnaud Garel-Galais
Global Head of PERES
Arnaud Garel-Galais is Global Head of PERES Global Services, CACEIS dedicated Business Line for the Private Equity, Infrastructure, Real Estate and Private Debt Funds clientele, and a member of the CACEIS Group Management Committee since 1st June 2021.
Arnaud started his career in 2006 with an experience in Risk Management at Credit Agricole CIB in Hong Kong and then worked for various investment management firm including Masseran / Dahlia (now Flexstone, part of Natixis Group) in Paris and Altius Associates (now part of Mercer Alternatives) in London, totaling over eight years of investment experience in Private Equity, Infrastructure and Private Credit, spanning primary fund selection, secondary and co-investment transactions across the EMEA region. He joined CACEIS in London in July 2016 as Business Development Director, became Group Head of Coverage of the PERES Business Line in early 2018 and was promoted to his current role in April 2021.
Arnaud is an engineer from AgroParisTech and holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Sorbonne University in Paris.

Anne Jacquier
Global Head of General Inspection
Global Head of General Inspection, Anne Jacquier began her career at the General Inspection Department of Crédit Agricole S.A. in 2005, where she held the positions of inspector, deputy inspector and head of the inspection mission. She joined Newedge in 2008 as an audit manager in London. In 2009, she joined Crédit Agricole CIB London Branch, where she was successively in charge of the COO's mission and then of the Central Compliance. In September 2017, she became Head of Methods and Support for Crédit Agricole CIB's General Inspection department.
In February 2022, she was appointed Global Head of General Inspection of the CACEIS Group. She is a member of the Group Management Committee of CACEIS.

Fabien Marbat-Milan
Global Head of Procurement and Network
Fabien Marbat-Milan began his career in 1998 at Arthur Andersen. From 2001 to 2006, he joined Internal Audit at Crédit Agricole Indosuez as an inspector and later as Head of Mission. In 2007, he joined Crédit Agricole CIB's Risk and Permanent Control (RPC) department, where he held the positions of Head of the Support Functions division and then of COO of the Organisation, Projects and Operational Counterparty Risk (OPG) Department. From 2012 to 2017, he served as Director of Internal Audit at UBAF, a subsidiary of CACIB, specialising in the financing of international trade. In April 2017, he was appointed Director of Internal Audit at the CACEIS Group.
In January 2022, he was appointed Global Head of Procurement and Network. He is a member of the Group Management Committee of CACEIS.
Fabien Marbat-Milan is a graduate of the Institut Commercial de Nancy (ICN Business School). He also holds a BA in History of Art and Archeology from the University of Lille III.

Emmanuelle Marteau-Fernandez
Chief Human Resources Officer
Head of Human Resources, Emmanuelle Marteau Fernandez began her career at Crédit Agricole in 1997 as an internal consultant at Crédit Agricole Consultants. Two years later, she joined CASA General Inspection as an auditor, deputy and then head of audit assignments. In May 2005, she joined CACEIS as Group Head of General Inspection. Since March 2011, she has been Deputy Head of Human Resources of CACEIS group, more particularly in charge of talent management, HR development and communication and HR international coordination. In October 2016, she is appointed Head of Human Resources of CACEIS group.
Emmanuelle Marteau Fernandez graduated from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences-Po) and holds a Master's degree (DESS) in management from Sorbonne University (Paris I).

Julien Maze
Chief Financial and Administrative Officer
Julien Maze started with Crédit Agricole Indosuez Korea in 2000 as relationship officer. In 2005, he joined Crédit Agricole CIB Japan as Planning and Financial Control Head. He became Head of Corporate Planning for Asia in 2008 based in Hong Kong. In 2012, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer for Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF – then 31% owned by Crédit Agricole CIB) also covering for strategy and communication. In 2017, he became Head of Group Financial Control for Crédit Agricole CIB based in Paris.
In June 2021, he joins CACEIS as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer and a member of the CACEIS Executive Committee and Group Management Committee.
Julien Maze is a graduate of ESCP Europe and holds a Master’s degree from Institute of Political Sciences of Paris.

Claude Michaux
Global Head of Communications
Claude Michaux is Global Head of Communications for the CACEIS Group. He started his career in 1996 with Banque Indosuez in Luxembourg where he was responsible for the bank’s transfer agency activities within the investment fund division.
In 2002, he joined Crédit Agricole Investor Services Bank in Luxembourg as a Senior Product Manager in charge of the group’s Transfer Agency and Fund Distribution Support offering. In 2009, he was appointed Deputy Group Communications Director at CACEIS Investor Services. Since March 2020, Claude Michaux is Global Head of Communications at CACEIS and a member of the CACEIS Group Management Committee.
Claude Michaux holds a Master’s degree (DESS) in International Business Management and Modern Languages (English and Spanish) from Sorbonne University (Paris IV).

Arnaud Misset
Chief Digital Officer
Arnaud Misset joined CACEIS in 2011 as the Group’s Head of Products. In March 2018, he was appointed Global Head of 3D Business line (Digital, Data & Dissemination).
Before joining CACEIS, Arnaud was a director at PwC and Eurogroup Consulting. Specialising in the banking sector, he worked on numerous projects ranging from IT projects to strategic development issues for both securities and retail banks.
Arnaud holds a Master’s degree in Risk Management from the HEC Business School in Paris as well as a degree in International Business Law from Paris V University.

Christian Nolot
Global General Secretary, Operations
Christian Nolot has been with the Credit Agricole Group since 1998. He started in Fastnet Luxembourg in several back office functions. He then joined project and support functions. Working for Amundi in Luxembourg as of 2004, he was responsible to lead the creation project of Fund Channel S.A. of which he was the COO until 2007. He joined then Fastnet Ireland as Deputy General Manager before becoming deputy CEO of CACEIS in North America, between 2008 and 2012. It’s as Chief Risk and Compliance Officer that Christian joined CACEIS Germany in 2012 before becoming COO and Deputy General Manager of the company.
In 2018, he integrated CACEIS Group Operation Management as Global General Secretary, Operations and became member of CACEIS General Management Committee since 2019.

Sébastien Piednoir
Chief Compliance Officer
Sebastien Piednoir has been appointed CACEIS Chief Compliance Officer in March 2020.
Before joining CACEIS, Sebastien has spent his career in Credit Agricole group, Corporate and Investment Bank. Initially in the Capital Markets R&D team of Caisse Nationale de Credit Agricole (1994-1996), he takes responsibility for a part of the Derivatives Back Office of Credit Agricole Indosuez (1997-2000) and then head for Organization and Referential Back Office (2001-2003). In 2004, he is appointed as Global Head of CALYON Capital Market Internal Control and in 2008, he becomes Capital Market Chief Operating Officer in New York for the Americas zone. He comes back in France to create a new position as pilot for clients data processing and organization for Credit Agricole CIB, position which he holds concurrently with a responsibility as head of Compliance Projects Office. In 2018, he is appointed Compliance Chief Transformation Officer in charge of regulatory projects, and Data management and Data transformation through Artificial Intelligence usage.
Sebastien is a graduate of Ecole des Mines de Saint Etienne in France.

François Reboul
Global Head of Market Services
François Reboul began his career in 1991 in the Capital Markets division of Indosuez. He holds various trading positions on bond and foreign exchange markets in Paris, London and Johannesburg with Indosuez, Credit Agricole Indosuez and Calyon. In 2005, he joined CACIB Treasury as head of the Paris desk before taking over responsibility for the EMEA zone and the worldwide perimeter in 2012. He joined the Global Markets Trading department in 2013 as Chief Business Officer. In 2015, he took over responsibility for an ALM team within the CACIB Global Markets Division.
François Reboul is appointed Group Head of Market Services at CACEIS. He is a member of the CACEIS Group Management Committee.
François Reboul is a graduate of the Ecole Supèrieure de Commerce de Bordeaux (KEDGE) and of a postgraduate degree in market finance from CERAM Business School (SKEMA).

Michel Robert
Global Head of Risks & Controls (Depositary control, Legal, Risks, and permanent controls)
Michel ROBERT began his career at Banque Indosuez in 1988 in the Capital Markets Department, where he became Head of Bond Trading. In 2007, he was appointed Treasurer of Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, then Global Head of Rates in 2010. Prior to joining CACEIS, he was Head of Financial Steering at Crédit Agricole CIB, where he was in charge of asset and liability management and central management reporting.
Michel Robert is a graduate of ESSEC.

Sikko Van Katwijk
Country Managing Director Netherlands and United Kingdom
Sikko VAN KATWIJK was appointed as member of the Managing Board of KAS BANK in 2009 and as Chairman of the Board in 2014. He primarily focused on Corporate, Commercial Department, Treasury, Internal Audit and the UK & German Branches. His in depth understanding of the UK comes from his period as Managing Director of KAS BANK London office in the late 1990s. During his time at KAS BANK and Citco Bank, Sikko has built up strong experience in Relationship Management, Sales and Marketing for both institutional investors and transaction banking clients. After KAS BANK became part of CACEIS, Sikko VAN KATWIJK was appointed Country Managing Director of CACEIS in the Netherlands and in the United Kingdom. In October 2019, he became a member of CACEIS Executive Committee and Group Management Committee.
Sikko VAN KATWIJK studied Public Administration at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and Business Administration at Indiana University in Bloomington, USA. Continuing his academic interests, Sikko is a member of the International Advisory Board of the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands.
