  • Fund accounting

    The Corporate & Fund Accounting services provided by the dedicated PE & RE team allow for the provision of full accounting services to funds, Soparfis, GPs, Feeders and Carry Vehicles, for which share classes, series, waterfall and carry-interest methods and consolidation are supported, with monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual valuation frequency, according to your requirements.

    In terms of accounting standards, we are able to support LuxGAAP, IFRS, French GAAP, US GAAP.

  • SPV and PROPCO accounting through partnership

    This service covers the accounting of the structures and assets held by the Real Estate and Private Equity Funds including all details (rental fees paid for RE funds etc).

    This is an additional service compared to standard Private Equity and Real Estate fund accounting

Outsource your adminstration

We can provide support for your business by handling complex and time-consuming tasks, either on a full-time basis or on-demand during activity spikes, and also perform one-off tasks if required.

CACEIS can take over the following functions:

- Monitoring fund lifecycles

  • Fund monitoring

    Certain middle-office functions are supported by the dedicated PE & RE team, by delegation of the Management Company.

    Currently, the middle-office functions which are outsourced by the Management Company are in addition to the valuation and administration, the cost accounting, the invoice approval process, the monitoring of investments, capital calls, distribution, liquidations etc.

    The scope of middle-office outsourcing varies according to the requirements of each client.

  • Portfolio reporting

    PERES teams are able to process detailed data and provide tailored reporting on the investments.

  • Investor reporting

    This service covers the preparation and production of the statutory financial accounts (with full notes to the accounts) either according to Lux GAAP, IFRS, French GAAP and US GAAP. This service is provided for both the audited annual accounts and the semi-annual accounts, either audited (if required by the client) or unaudited.

    Our service covers the preparation and production of the regulatory monthly and yearly statistical reporting to the Luxembourg regulator (CSSF) and Central Bank of Luxembourg. In addition, CACEIS can also manage the CSSF queries.

  • Look-through

    CACEIS has created reports which enable a look-through to the portfolio of investments. Investors are able to view their indirect stakes in each investment.

  • Monitoring of debt and loan funds

    CACEIS performs the same services as for Private Equity Funds

  • Services for securitisation funds

    OLIS Loan Servicing is a technical platform designed to manage reporting for securitisation funds with thousands of loans.

    Covenant, recovery, cash flows, forecasting, Stress test, Solvency II ratio (SCR) are performed thanks to this very user-friendly portal.

An « all inclusive » Crédit Agricole offer

The development of an all-inclusive offer - combining CACIB, CACEIS and Indosuez Wealth Management offers - allows the Crédit Agricole Group to differentiate itself from its competitors by developing a full-fledged financing offer, supported by a dedicated team, to leading private equity, real estate and infrastructure funds, to address their equity bridge and treasury needs.

Together with CACIB, CACEIS provides equity bridge financing to Private Equity and Real Estate funds.

CACIB finances funds’ investments and Indosuez Wealth Management is committed in financing the partners of the funds (carried interest, etc)

  • Bridge facility for capital calls

    Using this facility for bridging capital calls, clients can:

    - Finance the fund lifecycle (investment, fees, etc.)

    - Optimize IRR

    - Make cash flows predictable

    - Finance early investments after the first closing or before the final one

    This is a facility with a 2- to 5-year commitment. Each use (loan or letter of credit) has a maximum drawing of 364-days due to AIFMD.

    This multi-currency facility is performed in France, UK, Luxembourg or other domiciles such as Germany are eligible.

    - CACEIS is the sole depositary bank providing such facilities

    - CACEIS led the largest equity bridge facility (€800m) and CACIB issued one of the largest infrastructure letter of credit (€200m) ever provided in Continental Europe

    - CACEIS and CACIB are able to provide this joint facility to the largest funds.

  • Overdraft facilities

    This is a credit line with distinct contract from the depositary one. The overdraft is a committed credit line with maturity at less than one year.
