Compliance

Compliance’s role is to guarantee a secure environment for the Group, its staff, shareholders, clients and holders of UCITS for which CACEIS acts as valuer or depositary, while at the same time responding to regulatory requirements. The Compliance function comprises two teams:

  • Compliance/depositary control, which ensures compliance for transactions undertaken by UCITS clients,
  • Compliance/permanent controls, which focuses on financial security (anti-money laundering), compliance and other permanent second-level controls of the various entities.

Compliance Officers generally possess 2-5 years experience and hold master’s degrees in finance, risks or audit from specialist business schools.


Candidates require strong analytical skills and must demonstrate attention to detail, thoroughness and reliability. They must also possess good writing skills and sound knowledge of the market and of financial products.
