Young persons
CACEIS started to develop its policy for attracting and training young staff right from its inception.
Students: CACEIS receives a steady stream of work-experience or sandwich course students throughout the year. The Group has leveraged existing relations between various Group entities and educational establishments to set up classes designed to train and prepare students for their entry to the industry. This mechanism provides an opportunity for young graduates to learn a profession in a financial market environment.
Young graduates: CACEIS offers an extremely wide range of professions for young graduates who have undergone between two and five years of higher education.
CACEIS has teamed up with Paris X Nanterre University in France to create a professional licence for “Back & Middle Office Financial Asset Managers"

Stéphane M.
Operational Banking Risk trainee since 2007 – part of the group since 2005
Masters degree in banking and finance, specialising in risk management
“Following sandwich course experience in the client relations and sales departments, I joined the operational risk department as part of my Masters 2 programme, with the aim of combining my training with professional experience. My career path at CACEIS has been very rewarding and educational, both professionally and personally. I have in depth knowledge of CACEIS' business lines and counterparts and a good understanding of the structure and functioning of a custodian bank. Moreover, working in various entities has taught me to appreciate the individual outlook of each business line and helped me develop my own career plan.”
